Shipping is FREE for orders over € 59.00, for orders with a lower amount the cost will be € 7.00.

 

The shipping costs for any returns are exclusively charged to the customer who will have the burden of contacting the forwarding agent he deems appropriate.

Shipping is performed by SDA or GLS

 

SHIPPING TIME

Orders are processed between 5-7 working days starting from the day following the date of acceptance. Subsequently the couriers will deliver the package within 2/3 working days from the moment the order is processed.

The customer service will send an e-mail as confirmation of order fulfillment and where a shipping number will also be indicated to monitor the tracking of the package.

In the event that shipments are destined for Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia, delivery times could be considerably longer.

 

ORDER STATUS

As soon as our goods leave the warehouse you will receive an informative email with the SHIPPING CONFIRMATION in which you will find the shipping number that can be used to check the delivery status of your package online. Tracking via this number is activated approximately 2 business days after shipment confirmation.

 

 

There are three ways to KNOW WHERE YOUR PACKAGE IS:

 

 

Via your account: Access the "My Account" section, enter the "Order Status" section, find the order in question and click on "Details", an open order detail click on the "Tracking" to access directly to the courier's website where you will see the current delivery status.

Via the Shipping Confirmation email: in the shipping confirmation email you can check the delivery status of your order by clicking on the "Tracking" link.

Via the courier's website: on the courier's website, enter only the customer ID (which you can find in the shipping confirmation e-mail) and click on "Search" to see the current delivery status.

LOST PACKAGE

If you do not receive the goods within a week from the shipping confirmation e-mail, notify our customer service by sending an email to servizioclienti@buymood.it or by filling out the form in the contact section or by calling +39 080 3221061.
